New information:

One of the backend databases has partly been damaged earlier today, and is the root cause to this disturbance. Our database administrators are currently recovering this database, and during this time the hosting control panel will be unavailable. The billing panel will still work, and our support staff still can help with billing related matters, but are otherwise unable to perform actions related to services.

This does not affect any customer related database, website, email or DNS services.

The recovery is estimated to take up to 3 hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing to our customers, and assure you we are working to get this up and running as soon as possible.

The recovery of the database has been performed as expected and all systems are operational again. We will continue to monitor this the closest 24 hours, and will also investigate the root cause to the database issue.
